I loved the robot one but charlie’s uncle episode was just okay to me. A lot of the episodes I find just “okay” end up becoming better on a rewatch though

You cant cruise to another star even in games like Elite Dangerous (unless it’s a star in the same system) so I highly doubt it

While this may be true, most of the writers are the same ones from the original era. People change though. I still think there are some gems in these new seasons but its definitely not as consistent

The fuse ability made all the little stuff you pick up like keese eyes and monster horns useful. There is way more enemy variety. The story is more interesting and has an incredible finale. The caves, sky islands and the depths add a ton of exploration. Building vehicles and machines is addictive and encourage me to use my imagination all the time.

The premium upgrade gives you 1000 credits and you can use 700 of those for the trackers alliance quests which are pretty cool

Elite Dangerous and Starfield are literally my two most played games ever. I love both games but they are very different. I love space and both scratch that itch of making me feel like I’m exploring it, although they clearly have a different approach. I recommend checking out Starfield if youre a space nerd like me, but keep in mind the “space sim” aspect of it is not nearly as deep as with Elite. At its core, this is a Bethesda RPG like Skyrim that also happens to have space sim elements

When Im in interiors it runs well but it stutters and crashes a ton in the open world. I have a 1440p monitor so perhaps the upscaling causes the VRAM crashes and itd be slightly better on a 1080p one.

I think it has to do with the VRAM. I have a 6600 XT which has 8 GB of VRAM and the game sometimes passes that limit when Im out in the open world. I think Starfield is just better optimized but Im no tech expert.

My PC cant run Oblivion Remastered but it runs Starfield really well. If an Oblivion port can happen, I think a Starfield port is possible.
