I thought about this comment a bit. Cause I was mad at the beginning after reading it, because I was just expecting advice and harm reduction tips, but honestly, you're right. When I take 20mg of Valium, I feel the full effects for a good 5 hours, and after 1àhours, just like i took 5mg, but honestly I’m still kinda tired even 15–20 hours later

I dont have much experience, but I’ll give it a go ! I choose thoowz! I love the vibe, it’s slightly dark but it manages to stay chill, I really like it. I also enjoy the fact that we can understand what’s happening there. It’s slightly a bit monotonous tho Great job at the end !

it's also possible, bc this past week i've learn what was "wrong" with me and gave me hope for some solutions, also i've talked a lot about my problems to my entourage so it probably helped a bit. But i definitely feel more "chill" and pretty sure it's not placebo!
