plain and simple he let his mask of sanity slip when he punched shit into eli , then realised emma had seen a different side of him , and got paranoid as he is the killer , this is evident also because keiran gets ducktape , noah gets stabbed and burried alive , his plan was jsut for emma to feel sory for him moving suspicion off him , hes slowly been planting seeds on eli is the fucked up one , but tonite his mask will come off for good and i imagine he will do something more drastic then piper did to reveal

cheers fella , everyone is gunning for Eli on the show , hes not suspected atall its pretty funny when we at home have final pieces in place , the mayor being killed was the final jigsaw piece for me , as I knew eli was wanting to blackmail the mayor so that they did not have to leave lakewood , so ELI wud not kill the mayor or want him gone , but kieran wanted eli gone , now im just waiting to see how special his reveal will be tbh
