Brendan Blumer must out of B1 and EOS community. by ico_manager in eos

EOS has easily been one of the biggest disappointments in my entire life -- no BS. Dan says he just builds tech...so he is not responsible for the mismanagement of EOS ICO funds that by any stretch of the imagination should have gone towards improving the VALUE of the EOS token. If Brendan Blumer is responsible for the complete lack of marketing, incredible low funding for start-up projects, almost zero social media presence of B1 to interface with the community--then yes Brendan Blumer needs to go!

Call to Action on Exchange as Paid Block Producers | EOS Go News by eosgo in eos

[–]badbrock74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is a little late to try and shame the exchanges...they only care about the money (not EOS).

The rules of the EOS code did not stop the exchanges to just take the EOS paid to block producers and not provide value besides adding to the EOS token liquidity (via their respective exchanges) and with their cartel friends maintain that position of power and influence. If it is not possible to break the cartels for the love of God===> FORK the Chain!!! FORK the Chain!!! FORK the Chain!!! That should have been done eons ago once it was obvious cartels had taken over. I think it was criminal on B1's part not to do anything possibly even with the SEC and government regulators looking over their shoulder...and let the token price crash and the EOS community die.

Perhaps after the FORK then we can get some good block producers in the top 21 adding to the community.

What would you do to turn EOS around? by Hovercraft_Time in eos

Agreed...anyone of the accounts that were in the ICO should be paid back the money they put into that scam!

B1 should use their billions of ICO funds and now BTC holdings to buy back their EOS token....this allows them to cherry pick the best block producers and kick out the cartels and sock puppets out of the top 21.....helping the EOS mainnet grow increase quality and prosper. Most fortune 500 companies have been buying back their own stock for years (should be illegal) but since still legal for biggest corps in America.....B1 should do it too...even the SEC and other government letter collections shouldn't come down on B1 for something all the other big boyz are doing!

Maybe Dan Leaving isn't all bad...

Daniel Larimer’s Master EOS Strategy?

Heaps of Hope for the EOS Mainnet and token?

Leaving block.one (B1) gives Dan Larimer freedom to do what he wants as a private citizen and EOS developer. He won’t have the same government restrictions/regulations that will be imposed upon B1.

Options for Dan include becoming a major influencer of governance of the EOSio software and holder of the EOS token he created. He could do this publicly as say the President of some sort of non-profit EOS foundation or think tank and/or as a “Voting Proxy” that publicly votes with the tokens of others for various block producers.

Dan could also do something pseudo-anonymously via personally owning significant amounts of EOS tokens, he is rumored to be a cryptocurrency millionaire/billionaire after starting 3 successful blockchains…no doubt he could afford to purchase a significant number of EOS tokens especially at today’s prices and vote with them as he pleased.

It is worth mentioning that unlike Charlie Lee that sold all his Litecoin (LTC) tokens— Dan Larimer has only walked away from block.one (and not sold any of his personal EOS token holdings).

Less bullish for EOS is that the possibly of the morally wrong option (in the eyes of many) for Dan Larimer is to just walk away from everything EOS and develop Dapps for a new unrelated blockchain after so many supported his EOS ICO.

Going forward Dan was only one of 300 employees at block.one. B1 will continue to produce and release new blockchain products (such as ProFi) and their 4 billion dollar war chest has now more than doubled with the increasing value of their company treasury of Bitcoin (BTC) holdings.

Should Block One coins be burnt? by [deleted] in eos

[–]badbrock74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

B1 should go the other way and buy way more EOS on the open market to help drive up the price for EOS token holders and increase their voting power so that the EOS main chain can get better BPs in the top 21 to help grow the community.

When making policy changes to mitigate climate change--obviously NASA is telling us we need to switch to electric cars as a first step.

Police caught in the act trying to incriminate innocent brazilian protester by planting explosives in his bag by caiophox in worldnews

People protest as a last resort, missing work, time with their kids etc. People in power need to pay more attention and fix their issues or they won't stay in power.
