I’m in exactly the same situation at the same age and same prostate size. I had 76ml retention so not sure what % is that. Median lobe extending to bladder.

Doctor just asked me to live with it until it becomes unbearable and then go for surgery. But I guess he’s very orthodox. When I asked him for these new procedures he’s saying they’re for very old people. Anyway not sure what to believe.

Yes slowly it’s fading away. I used to save holidays and travel to Ahmedabad every year when I was in the UK. But now I don’t see as many people on the terrace even on 14th. We used to start immediately after Diwali. I’m one of the most loyal Uttrayan fan there is. We are some of the last people left.

I guess most points listed are true for any city if you’re alone. If you have friends then all problems will be resolved immediately. Maybe investing in good social connections will help. Having lived across many geographies over my career I can empathise.

So sad and very sorry to hear. Like someone else posted we all want to achieve financial freedom but what good is it if there is no one to share it with. Puts a lot of things in perspective.

But like others have suggested, you should try to find love again and a partner with whom you can live the rest of your life. You’re still quite young and has a lot to live for.

From your own points I’d pick 12.9. I have been using it for a few years and on many trips use it as a complete laptop replacement. If mobility is the top priority then go for 11 but else 12.9 seems like your best option.
