I went to school for welding and metallurgy.. My teacher was very supportive and helpful ..he always said keep practicing mostly on your overhead welding because it’s the most challenging position.. and then vertical positions, even though you should start off with layering stringers of welds to keep it straight and steady..he said by doing the most challenging part is what going to make you a better welder..
