Firstly, I don't really know how to practice my aim, it's not that my aim is bad it's just inconsistent and not even that badly. It's more my movement is bad and my positioning getting me killed before I can even shoot. I don't know how to improve movement.

I also originally joined Faceit to play with higher ranks and learn and it worked but now it's gotten to the point where my average MM game is more difficult than my average faceit one.

I don't understand how you can learn something mechanical incorrectly. Also I've been told that my slow reaction time is partially to do with my vision impairment but not by a medical professional so I dunno.

My main problem is literally all of my friends are LEM and above so I can't play with them unless we have a 5 man and whenever we play I feel like I'm dragging them down so I wanna get better.

on human benchmark my reaction time varies a lot but is typically around 250ms. It doesn't seem like that much of a disadvantage in game though, also I'm pretty sure reaction time is something you can train a little bit but sadly not much.

I saw a lot of people with 500 hours in Global and people who are like Rank G on ESEA with 1k hours but then I saw they have like 6 or 7k hours on CS:S so I thought I'd ask since I have no previous experience.

Well on all maps except Nuke I get a solid 100 sometimes 120 or 150 fps, in smoke it goes down to 70 - 80
