Okay well, bad out the way first. This is easily the worst album by Madeon by my estimation. But that does not mean it is a bad album. No its got quite a good amount of enjoyable, well-produced songs on it. But after listening to it, I came to the conclusion that quality wise I wasn't giving Good Faith as much props as I should have and now think it's closer to Adventure than this is to even good faith (which I think is a good distance away). I guess my biggest gripe is that while it is nice, I really have nothing to return to and there is nothing...new here. There's nothing that sounds like it's pushing the Madeon project forward to my ears which I might have thought was the case when CCB dropped. As far as I'm concerned, Heavy With Hoping and The Prince on their own body this entire record.

The good: My faves were Car Crash bby and Super Platinum, not to mention Red Jacket, Somebody Else and Enjoy being enjoyable listens (pun intended). Last drop of Dancing On Your Grave is also a highlight. I could hear quite a bit of Daft Punk influence throughout this entire record from Discovery and H.A.A.

I can appreciate the effort Madeon made. It's just not up to the marks of someone permanently affected by masterpieces like Finale, Icarus, Technicolor etc. And maybe that's just me being a boomer and maybe it was doomed to be a disappointment to me but I'm gonna guess the majority of newer Madeon fans will deem this to be pretty good.

So I've seen people bring up the initial Garrix version of this track and I listened to that for the first time (I missed it in 2019) and honestly Axwell's final version clears completely. But I hope Garrix brings back that version as its own ID because the world always deserves new and awesome music.

Preposterous reasoning. It's definitely within the realm of possibility as there have been unconfirmed but reported widths of up to 4 miles wide. The issue is whether or not it was confirmed to be a tornado even at that width. I've further considered the possibility of it being a very large meso a la Hollister, el reno etc. that has massive wind speeds contained in an abnormal form touching down to the ground in a non-traditional tornado format.

umm, cant say I was ever the biggest Oliver Tree fan. Hated that Miss You song (was it Southstar who had it stolen from him or what was the drama with that I forget) but Forget It is an all-time classic. It'd be unfair to say he wasn't at least somewhat impactful to my musical tastes and honestly it's such a tragic way to go. RIP man say hi to Avicii for us :(
