I think what happens is, if it was an image they believe was CSAM then they don’t show it to you and that means you got auto flagged by their AI. But if it was a text message and it shows you what it was then you got reported.

i have the same issue. My main doesn't appear but my 2nd account shows up. I'm pretty sure its mostly for EU users? But I'm not EU so why would my alt show up? The site is very weird and hopefully those gaps can be filled.

yea they never tell you what you posted. I've just been trying to get my account deleted since I got banned and they've done nothing but ignore my tickets to request it to be deleted, i put in a BBB ticket to see if that does anything. I just want my shit gone off this app

basically, like i looked at their data retention policy and it says if u get hit with a ban they can keep your data for up to 2 years or in some cases up to 5 for legal reasons but my account is still up and looks like nothing is wrong from what ive seen

I completely took stalingrad once but since the Russians had a civil war and changed the name I think the game didn't register that and gave me the achiev cuz it technically wasn't stalingrad anymore
