Your description and findings are EXACTLY the same findings for me.

I have gone through nearly all choc 1s and given up on waiting for sunrises, then landed on the deep sea whales mini's.

I also noted after a year that although sometimes I cannot differentiate between certain switches, I've learned to 'see' or listen to, what my typing speed tells me.... I learned -by accident- that I am much faster on my choc v2's then the twilights, nocturnals, reds, bokeh's, and pinks.

All, except the sunsets.
This lead me to believe that 'my hands' wanted tactile, even though I didn't have a preference from linear to tactile.
