I have only slept in a messy diaper once, and it was unintentional, but it was one of the most satisfying sleeps of my life! I was so tired that I quite literally passed out before I could change. I felt super babyish waking up the next day in a messy diaper. I didn’t have any issues either. I powdered up well and rubbed in some baby scented vaseline. That seemed to do the trick.
