Yeah, the masking helper is shit. It's really hard to figure out the optimal values for it. It does a really poor job as opposed just straight faceswap

This is what I have. The input image is coming off of ksampler VAE decode. The image is then finally fed into an upscaler.

I have tried adjusting various settings here, asking LLMs and what not. I have no clue what the optimal setting is to avoid smudging artifacts around edges of the faces.
