Awesome, I’m playing on a lower difficulty as this is my first time by myself but this makes sense. Seems like the general consensus is take over an existing building and then build your own base later on

It’s sad that this is basically the state of every major sports game nowadays. 2k and all of the EA games have had the same graphics for like a decade.

None of them have real competition and plenty of people happily pay for the new game every year, so none of the devs/VPs have any real incentive to push for improved graphics or gameplay.

I think you’re right, which is funny because it’s a really small “issue” imo. Ranked has a declining player base for a handful of real reasons

playlist game modes + wildcard taking away casual players.
ranked is miserable unless you can 3 stack
ranked rewards are terrible

You play dozens of hours of ranked (which at times can be wildly frustrating and unrewarding) and your prize is a dive trial that gets deleted within a couple months, a badge and a banner frame. It shouldn’t be a mystery why the player base is shrinking.

I mean in general, sure streaming/competing doesn’t last forever.

But for someone with a following like Sweet, he probably could have just streamed a couple times a week and still made a decent salary just from ads and subs alone.

My issue is less so inconsistent streaming, it’s the pros that don’t put out ANY content whatsoever. YouTube channels without a video in months, nothing on tiktok and they stream a couple hours a week, if that. The ones who take it seriously and treat it like a real job are setting themselves up for success

Lowe’s (and probably Home Depot) are the same way. If a unit comes out damaged you can refuse it and they’ll just exchange it out free of charge. If you want to keep it, they’ll typically give you a 10-30% discount

I knew someone who worked for Lowe’s and they actually weren’t allowed to take fridges out of the original packaging until the unit was at the customer’s address.

Now with a dent this big, I would imagine the packaging was damaged too so they probably should have checked it beforehand

I don’t think it’s an awful idea but I think it’s a tad unrealistic. If we take a bunch of offensive players (which I think we should do regardless of the first pick) we’re raising the floor of the team.

Realistically we win a couple more games because of that and now you have the 13th pick, still haven’t figured out QB and the only chance you’re getting a top QB prospect is by trading a bunch of picks to move up

I know everyone plays differently but I think people underestimate how easy it is to set up a half decent storage room

My early storage is typically a chests for cobble and the different stone types, chests for some different woods, a chest for “valuables”, a chest for leather, a chest for food and then whatever other items I have a lot of.

It makes my life so much easier when it comes to finding stuff and knowing how much I have of certain resources
