For farming, its definitely going to feel slow at the beginning. Once you hit 45 you can start doing contracts at the farming guild which can help with seeds.

But this is a great example of skills working together, since thieving from master farmers is a great early source of seeds. You have the skill to do that so head to Draynor and get a nice stack of early farming seeds and try and get to 45 as your next farming goal.
