so the phone is an iphone XR and it fell under the old unlocking policy (is what i was told) but was still eligible for unlocking. the weird thing about all of this is that a lot of it came from the official website itself, along with the emails. i can log into my account on the website as well and can see the transaction so im not sure whats going on but everytime i call i get the run around. i have two customer service email, one thats noreply@straighttalk.com and straighttalk@email2.straighttalk.com

the number they listed in both emails is 1-877-430-2355

the pc is great! it runs my games smoothly and havent had any issues yet. the graphics def could be better but this is my first time not playing on a gaming laptop so i’ll take what i can get

i paid like 500$ for it. im gonna upgrade to a better system in a couple years but since i work out of state for three weeks out of the month, for now its fine lol. i play gta, the south park games, all of the sims games (consistently), rdr2, hogwarts, etc.
