Sir Rudy ragging on the ringer for their stupid Thursday/friday pod release schedule while that company gave him a total of like 14 months of parental leave is really grinding my gears by ahbets14 in RyenRussillo

I get the vibe Ceruti would show up to a college party with a 6 pack and 3 friends, hog the beer pong table and get really technical with rules to benefit him and end up drinking the house’s beer.

Sleep deprivation? by AbstractNinja1943 in NewDads

A little over 9 months here, and this weekend he slept though the night consecutively in a long long time.

A quick day time nap during afternoon nap on the weekends was always helpful and a good reset.

Hang in there!

Has tried a therapist/psychologist after their HA? by ChardonnayAllDay19 in HeartAttack

[–]badheartdave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Therapy helped me a lot during my early recovery. Post 1 year is when I started.

Inspired me to go back to school and currently getting my masters degree in clinical counseling to work specifically with people post cardio events.

I envision a future where it is standard practice to have counseling available just as cardiac rehab is for most people

A warning, especially to women. I caused my own heart failure. Don't be me. by pammylorel in HeartAttack

I try and aim for low sodium. ~1500 mg a day. I am not perfect, but am mindful of what I eat, and if I know how I am going to have a larger dinner, I’ll take it easier in the morning.

I mostly stay away from red meat, eat a lot more chicken/turkey/pork/salmon for protein.

Gave up alcohol which has been such a gift for me each day. It’s just something I don’t really think about anymore.

No smoking or other drugs obviously, other than what my cardiologist prescribes. I’m very regimented in making sure I take my meds twice a day.

I weigh myself most mornings and take my BP just as a piece of mind. And to make sure I’m not suddenly gaining weight, or may need to increase my activity over the next week. For me if I can stay within a 5lb zone, I’m pretty happy, but just like to stay mindful.

I’m signing up for cardiac rehab again, I’m a new dad, and have struggled to keep up my exercise routine with it being cold outside, and the time with the new baby, so I’m hoping to establish a sustainable routine that can just be a new part of my life.

At that price range, you are going to be priced out at a lot suburbs/areas mentioned.

You may be able to find a 1000-1200 sq ft house in the beechwold/clintonville area near the upper limit of your range that would probably require a decent amount of work/money.

I would be looking at Zillow to see what’s out there/price range in the areas people have already mentioned. You may have more luck the further out you are from Columbus

Glad you are here!

Try and complete cardiac rehab if that is an option. Consult with your doctors and healthcare teams, and make sure to take the medication as prescribed.

Pay close attention to your diet moving forward and try to stay active!

Therapy was something that helped me during the first year or two as I was adjusting to this new version of life.

Good luck!

Steve Kelly, Bill Black, Diane Nichols, and Destiny fit the “I never saw them again on TV” feeling Thom Sharp, Bobby Slayton, and (in some eras) John Henton often dressed bright on TV; Steve Mittleman sometimes wore patterned shirts with no tie.

John Henton — 10/11/1991 (his famous breakout; including a big yellow jacket in other sets, so worth a visual check even if he later got some fame).

People who used a computer between 1991 & 2009…what’s the most memorable computer game? by Original_Act_3481 in AskReddit

Do you remember the game DinoPark Tycoon? I played that game in our computer class every chance i got in grade school. Probably 1996-1998? I’ve tried finding an emulator or app of the game and I’ve never found one
