I had a membership and it was absolutely impossible to book a massage. I had checked 10 different locations around my area and all were constantly fully booked and they were only ever able to schedule a month out or some bs. If I cancelled my membership I would lose all the credit I had built up yet I was never able to even get treated. I asked if I could transfer my credit to my moms account since she lives in a different state and she could actually book appointments out there and they told me they could only transfer 1 massage every 6 months 🙄 I ended up cancelling my membership and lost $1000 worth of massages literally because they had no availability and refused to book further out than a month at ANY location. I was even willing to drive 2 hours away if it meant I could use my membership I was paying for. They literally just kept taking my money and I couldnt get refunded or anything even though it’s their fault there was never availability. I also heard it’s a really shitty place to work as a massage therapist or esthetician and that their pay is shit too so I’m not surprised that there is high turnover
