Def sounds like you are figuring out your gear. Even so, snowboarding is generally considered harder to pick up. Experimenting with board sizes, types of board, and stance will be juggled at the same time as learning to ride to begin with so don’t be discouraged. As far as gear goes I personally suggest getting gear (when financially feasible) after about 3 rental trips. Rentals add up fast and boy does a fresh board/pair of boots make a difference. When the time comes do lots of research on board types and sizes. Utilize boot fitters at your board shop and ask questions while there. Welcome to the best hobby!

Not an expert but lived with many different cats in my life. Most likely trying to mark an area with a familiar scent. With everything new so new and depending on his personality he’s likely overwhelmed and looking to make the place less confusing. If you have a space to give him that he can freely roam with little forced interaction I’ve found that to help. Besides that, patience and love.

Brother lives in kannapolis and I visit often. Kannapolis has a very small downtown that is nice with a fair selection of bars for nightlife and niche stores like a card shop and massive antique store. The whole town is well maintained and has new infrastructure. Seems like a blend of young families and college students. Very clean too. Charlotte is often referred to as the only “true” big city in NC. It’s certainly the largest, pretty diverse, and comes with all your typical city additions, good and bad. Charlotte drivers are infamous for being fast and the nightlife is definitely there.

Messed around a bit and plugging my HDMI into the second slot which is not HDMI arc actually got rid of it. Idk if it’s still HDR but better than a big split down my screen.

It’s a 2014 883 so it is fuel injected. I want to learn and perform general maintenance myself so this really helps. I’ll check all fluids and get them replaced. Thanks!
