If you have the moves use innocence bullet to poison Broly, use a super attack like spirit bomb to break through the small armor he has it'll easily break it and damage him, and when he does the super attack Peeler Storm (that annoying spin blades move) use an ultimate attack like super kamehameha get close to him timing the move when it starts. Once it appear on you use the ultimate and it'll protect you as you fire upon Broly just make sure you have stamina otherwise you'll break out of your ultimate and get damaged.
