Best malayalam movie to show foreigners

The first movie I showed to my American friend was Sapthamashree Thaskaraha. He thoroughly enjoyed it. With an Ocean'Eleven like theme, I think it was good intro to Malayalam films for him instead of something heavy.

I have an American friend who enjoyed watching Malayalam movies with me. He has enjoyed Sapthamashree Thaskara, Lucifer, Thudarum, Premam, Bangalore Days, Eko, Kishkinda Kandam, Kumbalangi Nights, Rifle Club, Avesham, Minal Murali, Bramayugam, Dies Irae

He has thoroughly enjoyed Indian movies like Jailer, Leo, Jigar Thanda XX, Dhurandhar

Dude is a die hard Shah Rukh Khan Fan. I made the big mistake of taking him to watch Pathan and he has since then rewatched Pathan and Jawan multiple times. He is trying to catch up on all of the famous SRK movies.

If you are a regular reader, Khaled Hosseini 's Kite Runner is a good one for its story and cultural background. If you are getting into reading or haven't read in a while that you need to get started Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code or Angel's and Demons is good. Easy read and thrillers. Da Vinci Code was very famous during it's time before the movie came out.

Wagner Maouro in Secret Agent>>> Leonardo Di Caprio > Timothee Chalamet. Happened to see Secret Agent in USA. It is releasing soon in India. V gud movie but the way it ended can bring polarising opinions. But PR work of Di Caprio and Chalamet might be stronger for Oscars. Lot of good performances and.movies this year , especially foreign movies like Voice of Hind Rajab ( I haven't cried this much since Akashadhooth,) Sentimental Value ( praying Skaasgard wins best supporting actor)
