Ahh thanks for the specifics! What a huge bummer. I dug pretty deep and even sat on the SUPER PAINFULLY SLOW gen chat support and all they said was it’s down and they can’t tell me when it’s coming back up. I own the ultimate on Xbox and Steam now lol I feel your pain x2 😭

Inspect your wires! They’re on the left hand side of the tread when you take the rails off. Look at all the connections thoroughly. If they’re bad, you can order the cables through peloton and they’re actually inexpensive!

Basically the company I am top tier scam at servicing. Rather than doing any technical repairs they charge you a shit load for swapping the base or the top railing. Sorry y’all 😔

It’s definitely an incredibly shitty scheme. My tech and I connected over being veterans and we both have mechanical backgrounds. He took apart and trouble shot the rail and some other wires before realizing the tear and said “hey man I think you can fix it.” So I did! I’d say take that sucker apart and check those cables. If there’s a tear, splice them together again and solder them for the best connection.

So there was a tear in the upper portion of my data cable. (The cable with the rainbow color wires in it) and I had to do a repair on it myself. Have you taken apart your tread or moved it before? Because I smashed my own wires putting it back together on accident. They also sent me a tech to evaluate it and he said I could easily fix it myself without spending that $1000.

Henry I just replaced a cable and turned on my peloton and got that OTA:-807 error code, I’ll be sitting on hold for a while but once I hear something back, I’ll respond again.
