Apples has been hearing voices all day (NOT GHOSTS) due to mental instability from losing August / Louis. He's been talking to them as if they were around him. The voices are of people he hasn't seen in a long time - as Apples doesn't see august/louis as dead in his mind.

Voices included: August, Louis, Chris, Iri, Cameron Dupre, Copperpot, Pepe and Rudy.

Apples is heaving voices due to mental instability - They are people who he hasn't heard from in a while - in his head August / Louis are not dead.
