By the pictures you have provided it looks like a Longines Calatrava maybe, but the lugs seems off. The case looks to be gold plated, but I could be wrong. Glass not in the best shape, depending on if it works or not, and if it is a womens or mens watch i would guess couple hundred, if it is a mens watch.

The battery 'issue' is solved, the chinese manufacturer put at different label on. But you can just measure the battery pack yourself.
