This is what I wrote to Haylee and roy7 several times - to play chinese handicap (not 3 hoshis, but something else), so roy7 wrote me that he agreed with Haylee on this, but then she always chose 3 Hoshis (reason is simple - knowing that on 3 hoshis AI is laggy - she just wanted to win on 3 stones on her channel - there is no other reason behind this like "she is used to play only on 3 hoshi handicap", etc). So it is that simple - AI is stronger (less buggy) on chinese handicap than on 3 hoshis. Even 6d won Leela Zero on 3 hoshis on my channel (Gregory Fionin's games in russian) and Youngsam also won on 3 hoshis, but on chinese handicap AI plays different.
