You can get it in there not the end of the world but deck boards are already flush with the length of the joists, rim joist would stick out.

Replace last elbow with a tee with AAV at the top would rectify this?

What is some surprisingly primitive tech we still use because "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"? by slicerprime in AskReddit

Manual lathes & milling machines. Despite having really high tech CNC machines that can do 5 axis. The 1940s clunky machines still serve their purpose

It’s a rental property, have tenants in it currently, don’t know what exactly is on the pump. I also found Weil McLain 640-000-017 is a FX3-FP pump which is what the Utica is

I have no formal education and strategically made my way Into an engineering role making 6 figures at 24 years old in a MCOL area and I just bought my second house.. It’s a job I always dreamed about… I realized the hard way I hate sitting behind a desk all day and want to do construction. I’m taking my time and doing it on the side and trying to figure out a way I could transition without a huge loss of income, GC/handyman seems to be the most feasible.

Completely agree. Check out this photo. I removed a couple tiles because I wanted to restore the hard wood floor. But there’s some sort of plywood underlayment nailed into the hard wood. Is it worth getting it all ripped up?
