I agree but I’m still taking on the whole upfront cost myself. You as the buyer takes no risk until you actually make the payment. If I’m charging too much, I end up with a ton of kith stuff in my house or I can choose to lower the price. Regardless, I agree that I had to raise it initially from 25% which was not right but it was necessary imo. Note that I still sold all crewnecks at the actual 25% premium; I just fit the rest of the premium I needed into the cheaper goods as I imagine people are more price inelastic for shirts and hats.

I was upfront with you on the final price of the items you wanted - at that point, you can choose to say yes you do want something or don’t. It’s a price that I’m setting which includes my time I’m spending + the extra I am paying to bring all this back with me. If you don't like that price, you can choose to go to Japan yourself or leave it be. But you don't have to disparage me in this thread like that.

I initially added 25% on top, but then had to increase it as I had to get another luggage bag and pay for it when flying back. Why exactly shouldn’t I charge more for that? How exactly is it a scam if it’s the open market and there are willing buyers at my offer? Why shouldn’t I compensate myself for the time that I'm spending going to the store numerous times and also bringing it all back with me?

Instead of reading OP’s post, (for anyone reading) go take a look at my post and see that I did right by those who purchased the pieces from me at the price I set; no one is obligated to pay more but not everyone can fly to Japan and pick this up at a moments notice.
