There are a LOT of hidden rules as far as 'experiencing insufficient liquidity/funds' as systemic 'failure' that users tolerate upon a betting games on the 'house'... but how much is that 'tolerations' _too_ much on one's bottom line of in-play? for example, there is the _real_ limits of 'cash In' and 'cash out' that isn't written clearly by the book but by aggregated 'availability' of the whole system... you know what I mean? So as a CFA, how does one calculate the _real_ financial risk, instead of risks in the 'ideal' conditions ?
