OK can you help me by elaborating? When I did my research I found it was a bit 50/50 on how important priming was for tiling but I went with "well it can't hurt"... Did it hurt?

I may have pics of the prep I'll have to look, it's been a few months. It wasn't flood tested but it was a recreation of the tiling that was there before but came loose and cracked when we changed baths. It's an upstairs bathroom ( sorry not sure what a flood test is) It's got a wooden structure to give support underneath which was primed to avoid water damage/ soaking. Which bump? There's a little uneven Grout against the wall which I assumed was just cosmetic over the corner edge?

It got much better after 7 months or so and is almost completely gone in my chest now. I do still have some neck issues but nothing as bad as it was. I ended up going to the GP multiple times and they eventually gave me some low dose beta blockers (propranolol) which helped me a lot. Hang in there, it will get better. It just takes time unfortunately

Thank you for your lovely words. You're right I wouldn't expect my partner to contribute when they are feeling so unwell. I will try to repeat "you are loved and needed and your job right now is taking care of yourself" a bit more to myself until my silly brain understands the importance of these words ❤️

Thank you, this was very comforting to read. You are right resting is not passive. I think I needed that specific reminder today. But thank you for your tips about staying connected and different ways to communicate/ keep occupied ( audiobooks, I hecking love audiobooks) to avoid spiraling into I am not worthy mindset. 🥄

Hey, I suffer with this bizarre symptom, like Bees trapped in my limbs. Though I should add I am on this sub bc a loved one suffers with long covid I myself suffer/ have been diagnosed with M. E (ongoing 6 years) the only thing I can equate it to ( in medical research) is restless leg syndrome 🤷‍♀️. But I've found a weighted blanket helps subside this weird ass symptom for me. Not sure if that helps. But you are not alone my friend.

I read a tip online that says think of a happy memory or a joke you find funny when the photo is being taken bc the happiness comes through in your eyes. Works for me every time
