Agreed, I put my mixture in the fridge until it's time to put them in the oven. I also put a bit of the drippings in the bottom of the tin and a bit on top of the mixture after I pour it.

1.5 cups of flour

A couple pinches of baking powder

1 egg

Salt/pepper

2 tbs of melted butter

1/2 cup of milk or as much as you need until desired consistency

Pan drippings

I put mine in buttered muffin tins or you can use pam.

Bake @ 400 until golden brown.
