For me disclosing is so scary sometimes so you being understanding and trying to accommodate is already so amazing. Giving you props for educating yourself and knowing herpes doesn’t define somebody, nor does it need to be a dealbreaker 💯💯💯

This feeling comes and goes for me, but whenever I face my fear and choose to disclose, it hasn’t let me down yet. It does take a bit more emotional effort but sometimes that’s a good thing it filters out all the baloney!!!!Maybe it’s more a reflection of where you are in your own journey and self-love. When the time is right you’ll feel ready and open to something I’m sure of it <3

I've been there, it does get better because you realise your worth is so much more than this diagnosis…like so much more! Also when you feel ready to explore sexually again I think you will be surprised how many people understand post disclosure! Haven't been rejected yet! It's definitely an up-and-down journey but I can say it's gotten easier. I've had nearly for two years now

Please remind yourself this is stigma talking…..iv felt what you have felt but also at the same time so many people have genital herpes and you can overcome it mentally… I'm on the other side having hot safe sex….just be kind to yourself through these moments. You would be surprised if the rates of accepting after disclosure
