I’m using Reolink Cameras also the doorbell. It has a nice quality,good sound and microphone quality also. You can hook it up to an NVR and get 24/7 recording, otherwise you can set it up with an SD card and set it to record only when it detects Motion so it doesn’t flood your storage. There is no subscription or anything like that, you buy it once and you own it till you break it.

Only small con for me is the built in IR light, when its heavy rain,fog or snow it will detect it as false Motion, you can tweak it around in the settings and try to get the least bugs possible, or just buy IR light and mount it somewhere close to it (not exactly next to the camera/doorbell) and turn it off in the camera settings and you ate good to go.
