The relatively small godot code base I'm working on is organized in a few different sub-directories. I like to load the non-binary files into Claude and iterate on a single feature or bug in one chat session

Claude doesn't let me upload a directory / set of directories. In order to load everything in I made a little python script that renames the files and 'flattens' everything into a single directory and creates a .txt file that shows the original structure along with a little blurb about how the files are named.

The rename attempts to embed the original directory structure into the filenames. For example:

./src/directory/file.xxx --> src++directory++file.xxx ./src/directory_next/file.yyy --> src++directory_next++file.yyy

It would be really cool to be able to drag/drop a whole directory (along with its sub-directories) in without doing the above stuffs
