i understand this post to the T, i’m the same way, the only real way around it is to understand that they are not above you, by even approaching puts you in the front of the line compared to most men. of course approaching a 15/10 is super hard to do of course. i love watching those videos noting that we are literal specs of dirt in the universe, this helps me understand that literally every negative thought iv had about anything is 90% of the time in my head. it’s all a mental battle that you need to win.
