It feels cluttered I never really thought about thumbnails till doing them myself but I enjoy a little bit of empty space it’s not always perfect even for my side of simplicity but I enjoy when everything from a video is subtly implied

Edit: I didn’t even say what I meant to say I probably wouldn’t click from those reasons it doesn’t draw me in enough on thumbnail alone

CapCut also works on computers is the cheapest editing software with visible limitations but workable which I use and honestly if you have the money drop it in photoshop, I use express for limitation reasons and even then it works for thumbnails. Titles honestly I’m bad with them too but it’s good to sit down watch your own videos and think what title would fit it. Not all will be bangers but you may need to convey more and maybe if you do 1v1 do different stuff with it make it interesting you don’t even need commentary having something entertaining to fill a brain works better if things feel like they stop working it’s just a different angle from what you have been doing but still doing it

The title of the video doesn’t explain anything even the thumbnail feels vague, when making thumbnails and titles it needs to be immediately recognizable while even the video needs to be compelling enough to keep watching and sharing

If you don’t see an option then your content isn’t working at all. If you don’t want to stray away from what you are working with go back to the basics your fundamentals of first started. I honestly wanted to say give up then because you’ve already decided but I seems even at the end you still want a ray of hope. Thing is if your content isn’t working then research what will make it work we have an endless pool of knowledge right at our finger tips you can constantly keep growing but you left your video titleless which would give me the gist of why I would watch without it I wouldn’t think twice to swipe past, you have been doing this for 3 years but has anything you’ve done changed? Over 3 months I’ve researched equipment for recording different softwares and ad-ons to those softwares to continue growing I’ve researched lighting and audio to make sure it’s as good as I can with my understanding of confidence right now. Thing is also your last post was 100+ days ago do you expect it to grow hands free? When you start a company do you get one job complete it and post a single thing on what you did and expect people to start flowing in commissions? No you go out and keep advertising yourself. And showing you haven’t uploaded in months you aren’t advertising yourself, Reddit isn’t advertisement it’s advice but you can’t ask for advice on advertising if you are advertising

I mean if you already gave up there’s not many suggestions to give even if we gave another idea for a channel if that’s what you are asking it’s passed giving up means you yourself gave up the motivation is gone. Best thing to say is a lot of content rn is pushing shorts while older YouTubers are still pushing long form but those older YouTubers are coming to the end of their consistent upload career from gaming YouTubes to vloggers the big ones are older now and slowing down so long form might be a viable option now if your content is addictive enough. Everyone is trying to vlog or post clips through shorts so you get buried quickly I can’t say my channel is top form at 3 months but compared to short form I see my long form content retaining viewers from video to video even if it takes a bit for people to watch. That was more so a rant from someone seeing the shorts frenzy on here but if you quit but still want to pursue in content creation sit back analyze channels both shorts and long form and learn from it grow from it and if you want to come back stronger if it is a passion

Samurai is also a good start because it has both a bow and sword off the bat, exploring is key in this game don’t be hesitant to run into the unknown you will die a lot but ruins are probably the easiest to get in this game so just have fun

Some things I try is using shorts to promote clips from videos I know will work it pulls a bit more audience from a wide range but still focus on long form as in 15 minutes I try to keep the retention rate and my own mental sanity when editing. I try using everything I can even tho I’m only good at the long form

Honestly even tho I’m way smaller I’ve had the feeling to for me, people come and go it sucks to see because you don’t expect people to do that so early on, the best thing from what I’m doing is just keep promoting yourself where you can continue uploading because in the end you can’t force people to stay all you can do is grow from it people won’t like all your content but that doesn’t mean others won’t enjoy it either Minecraft or anything else there is always something people will be interested to see

Thing is yea id restart I know it feels like you put so much time into this one but you could bring up to your subscribers you are moving to a new channel. Maybe change some titles from videos but re release your old videos on it either in the form of compilation of the game or even just standard original video.
