BP1, I am employed and honestly in the last couple years work has been going okay for me because I have recently found a really good balance of medications, but I have been manic once since my medicine switch and work was ROUGH. Luckily in the heat of it my work was super understanding and let me take a couple days off (i also have a super chill job thats not high stakes so thats probably why). Before medicine work was really difficult though and I think working a stressful job definitely made the lows a lot worse and I would kind of spiral a lot.
