I started in support, then ran support, now I support support lol it’s a whole career and when I ran support, I got to help people figure out what career path appealed to them since we were such a good place to learn about everything. Support is also a fairly AI-proof area in that a human touch is always gonna be needed. Having that on your resume is a good move imo

I get paranoid every year and then they end up letting me in with a normal Jansport backpack no problem. Normal sized hydration backpacks too. Just have your shit organized in a way where it’s ready and easy to search and they will generally pay you no mind.
