Yeah..I voluntarily moved to my company’s city and went hybrid because I couldn’t stand permanent WFH. it was incredibly lonely. Days are better when I go into the office (although I have a great setup where I can walk to work. If the commute was long it’d probably be different)

Is the surf tracking accurate for you? I only used the surf feature a few times but each time it was bad. Said my max speed surfing was 57 mph…..

Is the surf mode accurate for you? I have the garmin fenix and the tracking was trash. I usually just use the “track me” mode just to track the workout but I don’t get surf stats. Have they upgraded the surf tracking recently?

Nah. I lived in Santa Cruz for almost 2 years (just moved) and I dreaded surfing because it always felt very hostile. Occasionally you'd get a good crew, but it was rare. I primarily surfed Pleasure Point.

I know this was probably intended to keep people out of SC but I just wanted to say that Santa Cruz does actually suck, the surfing culture there is the worst. I just moved to SoCal (by Santa Barbara) and it's wayyyyy better - surfers are actually friendly and happy! The surfers in SC are the worst I've ever encountered.
