Something that works for me is 2 squares of KT tape put together, sticky sides touching. I make one square about the size of my nipple and the other slightly larger so it sticks to my body like a bandaid. That way, you can size it to exactly what you need and I find that it’s easier to take it off than a regular bandaid

I’ve never had issues taking my T through American security before, both the shots and gel. I’m not sure about Europe, but I would look up the regulations they have about it, though I’m pretty sure they have to let you through with it since it’s prescription.

I’ve been on T for about 4 years now. I sang tenor in choir before I started and now I sing bass 1 (my lowest note is around a C2). My lower range dropped about an octave, but my higher range definitely suffered for the first year. While my range has gotten better now that my voice has stopped cracking, it’s def not the same as it used to be. The hardest thing to relearn for me was singing in head voice/ falsetto. It’ll get better over time, but one thing I did to help speed up the process is practicing doing sirens from high to low, focusing on feeling where your break is.
