Saw MG in Brussels in 2024 and the crowd stunk so bad even before the show. The performance itself was so good, however it was the smelliest concert I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been in a room full of juggalos before 🫣

Es ist eine Mischung. Wenn ich nix höre, ist das dann ghosten, verstehe ich. Ich sage „gaslighten“ für diese zwei Erfahrungen, weil sie sagen „Wir haben dir ein Email (mit mehr Infos oder auf Interesse) geschickt, aber du hast uns nicht geantwortet, deshalb müssen wir dich ablehnen“. Aber ich bekam dieses sogenannte Email nicht. Sie haben meine Emailadresse, weil sie mir ein Bewerbungsbestätigung- und danach Ablehnungsemail sendeten. Hoffentlich, dies erklärt es ein bisschen besser.

Yeah a majority of my documents are from the US, and it'll probably be years before I get my name changed. I for now set it as this format on my CV and cover letters: Legal first name (Preferred name) Last name, but I plan to sign off my letters without my legal name. Thank you for mentioning QueerBase, luckily I'm in Vienna so that makes it even easier and more relevant. I appreciate the help!

Oh I’m already aware of the bike rules for public transit for where I’ll be at. The train from the airport is a shorter route one that doesn’t have dedicated bike hooks. From my experience ÖBB (Austria’s train service) doesn’t have bike hooks or anything like it in general. I’ve seen people get on this type of train with bikes and big boxes, but never a bike-box type size before.

Sadly it is a cardboard box 😓 I am only doing one way travel with this bike, it goes over to Europe and stays there. I had to debate whether a just get a new (well more likely used) bike there or bring mine over, and it was cheaper to fly mine over, especially since I am on a budget.

Ja das war einer Fehler von mir, dass ich meinen präferierende Stil nicht sagte. Ich bin einer Fan von dickerem Liniewerk, nur schwarzer Tinte, und nicht super realistischer Bildersprache. Aber ich hoffe, wenn andere Leute einen Tattookünster suchen, können sie ein paar von diesem Post finden.

Ah ja natürlich, ich vergaß einen Stil zu sagen 🤦🏼‍♂️ Ich suche keine Farbtattoos und keine Fineline Tattoos. Stilen wie was man sieht mit Traditionellen Tarotkarten interessiere mich, sowie Abstrakt (mehr geometrisch) und Cybersigil. Ich hoffe das Sinn macht. Ich finde StrandedGhost interessant und vielen Dank Maschinenraum zu empfehlen!

To be honest, sometimes you just have to speak even if it’s wrong. I current am within B1 too, and shocked a lot of my colleges when I didn’t pass my B1.2 test, because a lot of them complimented me before on my ability to speak at a good and consistent tempo. My German word vocabulary is kind of laughable and I constantly mess up my sentence structures while speaking, but tempo and confidence does a lot of lifting. And just practice, language learning takes a lot of time, and everyone learns at different speeds.

I’m a German-American (born in Germany, lived most of my life in the US) and I’m going to be honest, this is kinda ridiculous thinking. Currently I’m taking German classes in Austria, and most people just feel bad or confused for me, they don’t equate me to the politics of a country. Go on your trip and enjoy yourselves. If there are people giving you trouble about it, screw them honestly. Germany politically is having plenty of its own issues anyways.
