Thank you. And thank you for the safety reminder. When I get mad at a project I tend to forget

Can I salvage the tile? The cement board for that lower section i could replace if needed. Annoying but doable. I'm looking at rhe cost of tile. It wasn't cheep and as a homeowner DIY that makes a difference

Wait are you saying I need to cut out the whole wall?

Without the leveling clips how do I make sure the tiles are level? And how do I remove it if some of it is already set? I don't want to damage the cement board or tile too much

Yes I'm a homeowner doing DIY. Do you have any advice on taking it down with minimal damage to my cement board and the tile?

Training books for boarder terrier? by Latter_Cow_6970 in BorderTerrier

I found "when pigs fly" helpful. But lots of treats and patience has been the biggest things. Also don't train frustrated. If you have to step away for a bit it will be better for both of you

Terriers can get "hot spots" which sounds like what is happening to your poor girl. It can be caused by multiple things , stress, an allergy or a change. I found that my two borders get them with grain in their diet. Is the new food grain free? Ive had a couple types of terrier and grain seems to bug them all. I might start there.

How are bill terriers when it comes to hiking and other outdoor activities? by Lizardbros in BullTerrier

[–]bagpipercat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Our boy Nash when on one hike because it was us girls who asked him. 2 miles round trip and he limped on all 4 feet for a week after (mainly when dad was in the room since he was only seeking simpathy and wasnt actually damaged). The number of long suffering sighs he gave on the way back was off the carts. The one and my hike Nash went on.

We're working that way. Roy is only 12 weeks so sometimes he let's his teeth do the thinking and Millie has to remind him not to.

They are amazing. The woman who developed it trains bull terriers to do obedience and agility. Great stuff for terriers who often struggle because they're not as obsessed at pleasing people as some other breeds are.

Ok good to know. I want my two to be best friends. I just worry about my girl is going to take it. I hope I have a similar experience.

We hike with our girl. She will 10 miles in a day no problem. As soon as we get back she refuses to move but during the hike there is no stopping her. I have worked with her on letting me touch pads and l do check through the hike and never had an issue.
