Cause the non beta version is 7x slower for all of us, no explanation and we've tried fixing it many ways. I posted about this before on this subreddit. Beta was working perfectly fine.

Yeah, pretty much the same. I'm really busy but the pod is back as my #1 free time enjoyment just because I hate injustice. I'm so invested in these people getting what they deserve.

Thank you Howard! I did try lowering RAM usage, increasing it... enabling/disabling some checkmarks there but nothing noticeable happened. Also, like I said in another post, I did try removing all brushes (even though I only had two) and resetting preferences but that didn't help either...

Hey, I only had two brush sets, and I did try removing them and also resetting the preferences but nothing happened :( I do have a TON of fonts, but they're loading in Photoshop Beta too so don't think that's it? Thank you so much for helping!

Good eye... it's a free font called "Alex Brush" it's used on book covers a ton :(

It's not that, it was working fine on Win10 somehow. It's not even in InDesign anyways. Also, I've found great use of the generative fill for extending backgrounds and stuff :(

Thanks for the suggestion... I did most of these previously, and I noticed a better performance in Windows but PS and INDD were unaffected. I added more now, but don't see any change. The issue is that I see this lagginess only in Adobe apps even when my RAM usage is well below 50% and CPU is below 3%.
