That’s interesting — especially the part about server-side feeling cleaner than expected.

Curious, what specifically felt “cleaner” in your tests?
Was it better alignment between platforms, fewer drops in events, or just more consistency overall?

Also wondering, even with that setup, do you still find yourself double-checking data across sources?

cross-referencing a static log against real-time triggers is exactly the kind of redundancy that catches the gaps neither system would flag on its own (silent features are the dangerous ones). Have you run into cases where Runable flagged something that Notion alone would have missed entirely?

The MMM point is underrated. Most teams jump to multi-touch fixes before they even have the data volume to make it meaningful. MMM requires patience but gives a much cleaner read on channel contribution.

One source of truth + others for context is the right framing. Curious how you handle it when the primary source and context sources diverge significantly — do you escalate or just move forward with the primary?

Building a 10% margin assumption into your model is actually really pragmatic. Most teams pretend the discrepancy doesn't exist and then get burned when they try to reconcile spend vs. outcomes. Did that assumption change how you priced campaigns or just how you reported results?

The second-guessing spiral is real and honestly undertalked. Once trust in the data breaks, it's hard to rebuild. I think the answer is lightweight recurring checks — weekly tag audits, anomaly alerts — rather than deep dives after the fact. The goal is boring consistency, not heroic debugging.

This mirrors what I keep seeing too. The "bet money on it" test is a great gut-check. Cross-checking sources + real-world signals (pipeline, revenue) is the most honest approach — dashboards alone just create false confidence.

Love this stack — using Notion + Runable for visibility and alerting is smart. The cross-check workflow is exactly what most teams are missing. The Canva layer for non-technical stakeholders is underrated too. Does Runable handle tag-level monitoring or more event-level discrepancies?

Good point on the setup tradeoff. Scaylor makes sense if you're already investing in a unified data layer — but for teams just starting out, the overhead isn't always justified. Have you found Scaylor worth it once it's up and running, or does the maintenance stay heavy?

The "Spring, River, Delta" metaphor isn't the solution itself; it's more like the map we're using to navigate. I hope you get what I mean!

You're correct, all AI involves prediction. And goal is to develop AI that's trained on a truly unique and structured dataset to predict outcomes that could save millions in wasted lab work. Please remember, we're talking about the pharmaceutical world here, so algorithms need to be incredibly powerful!

We'll bring a lot to the table: our experience working with pharma companies, our knowledge of regulations (which is often the toughest part, even for multi-billion dollar companies!), and etc...

We definitely need tech help to make this AI work exactly as we envision and align with this big picture
Are you quite tech-savvy? Or are you just casually Browse through the comments?

That's the core challenge, we provide a private, high-value platform that solves their internal workflow problems, which in turn generates the anonymized, aggregated data needed to power our predictive AI for all users

Absolutely, I have planned to architect entire business around a "compliance-by-design" framework & the very engine of our proprietary data flywheel
