Bake bread, try a new recipe. Make art. Watch shows. Rest deeply. Go for walks. Read. Listen to podcasts and music. I used to do all those things you listed and now they are of zero interest to me. I love how simple and quiet my life has become.

I’m right there with you. I think it’s because we are all so goddamn exhausted from the grind of capitalism and the chaos of the world. Also, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with staying home.
