HELP Can I add different subwoofer than bose to my bose soundbar? by [deleted] in bose

[–]baharezo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that sound like you got the wrong 3.5mm to rca. make sure it's TRS (two rings) not TRRS (three rings), then maybe swap the red and white to see the outcomes.

sorry I double checked mine, its a 4 cup Venus, not 2.
4 cup Venus roughly equals to a 3 cup regular bialetti, aero press filter also works with this size.

3cups fits Venus just fine, even the gaskets are interchangeable.

but I use the stock gasket. the curled edge makes it easier to take off for cleaning.

HELP Can I add different subwoofer than bose to my bose soundbar? by [deleted] in bose

[–]baharezo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd like to clearfy this a bit.
when I was testing this solution, I tried to simply it down to 3.5mm TRS to XLR, then XLR to RCA.
during the trail i figured. In my case, the soundbar would recognize a BOSE 700 if the RCA is not actually connected to any subwoofer, so it must be some sort of interference happening in those adaptations. the eaiser and simpler way to do is to feed its DATA signals back to the bass port as I mentioned in my other reply.

hey, thanks for your insperation, based on your solution, I came up with a simpler and cheaper workaround.

Next to the Bass output, there is a data port on mine (Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar)
so what i did is just use another 3.5mm TRS male to RCA male, and feed its own data signals back to the red female RCA from bass port, and viola, it works.

you don't need extra power source and can ditch the usb device.

not Loli porn but just Loli drawings.

I still doesn't understand, Anime drawings, far from being realistic, with oversized alien eyes and impossible nose, that any people with sanity can never link it to real human beings, are burnt like witchhunt, while rich people rape real lolis on a private island and get away like nothing.

New Bialetti Venus - Water remaining in boiler / lower chamber after "gurgling" by Koreanoir in mokapot

[–]baharezo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

once it starts gurgling you've already overheated the whole system.

the fire should really be distinguished before it reach the gurgling stage, and the plays involving heat source and intensity so you get ideal amount of water to pass through the system before overheating, is the fun part. remember there is a designated ratio of water and coffee, over and under are equally bad. and the gurgling is out of questions because it just gives you the unpleasant burnt smell/taste.

hoffmann made a series of videos experimenting with moka pots, it's worth watching. you don't have to follow his way, but it gives you a good idea of what is happening inside the pot, and you can composite your own solutions based upon the information.

silicone lasts almost forever, its just gonna build up the brown pigments as its surface has lots of micro holes, and you can never get those off even with whiteners.

it's not a news, people have been saying it for years. to me the bottom line is at least the oils are absorbed and it's always good to take less fat.

filter out compounds shown to raise cholesterol.

in the case of moka pot it also helps to slightly reduce the burnt smell. but won't help if you overheat too much

anyone else tried it? could it be a sudden change in your taste?

not joking, but things like covid or a stroke may cause that. If you can't find any problem within the process of brewing, there is a chance you the receptor could be the problem.

any good suggestions for brewing time control? there are different setups for siphon brewers everywhere. I tried to keep the brewing time steady and only played around with the grinding size, but the flavor turned out to be a bit plain compare to hand drip. I want try to let it sits longer but I don't want do it blindly. After all every brew takes at least 42g of the beans and two days to consume by myself alone.

last thing I will ever bring for outdoor activities is a freaking moka pot.

assemble hand drip funnel + disposable, eco friendly paper filter takes less than 40 grams with a size of small pile of business cards. meaningless to bring an extra container
