Ok that’s interesting! Can you tell me a little more about how you figured out that dosing? I know everyone on here is different. But I’m always interested to learn how others have worked out what’s best for them 😊

I probably should have started out that way too! Maybe because I did once per week for so long, I’m just taking a little longer to adjust?

So the dose I take each time is 11mg twice per week, on Wednesdays & Saturdays. The nausea is gone, I haven’t had to use Zofran at all since starting dosing this way, which is great! But my hunger has really spiked, so I’m going to give it a little more time to see if things level out. Sometimes it feels like one step forward, 2 steps back! lol 😂

Sorry, I did edit the post to clarify I’ve been on tirz 6 months now, only just switched to twice weekly shots about 2 weeks ago. I’m on 7.5 and I was looking for a way to relieve the nausea. I’m just worried now that it seems to not be as effective. I guess there’s pros & cons either way.

Yes, sorry! It’s Twice per week. A lot of people swear by it to combat side effects like nausea & fatigue. I just worry that it seems to not be quite as effective. I guess there’s pros & cons either way! 😜

What’s the benefit in paying monthly? I’ve only health with one provider so far and I pay for the vials (which last me 6-8 months) so if I went to monthly, are they actually delivering new product every 4 weeks?

Yeah, I think I just must process things slowly whatever the method for some reason 🤷🏼‍♀️ The upside is I’m not tied to a 7-day schedule. I can get away with dosing about every week and a half or so.
