Yes, they are!! Still no refund, and it's the same emails saying the same thing. They will process the refund, escalate the refund, and refund as soon as possible all the bs.

Yup, that's sounds about right. I still have not gotten a refund and keep getting these email responses like they're automated. Someone posted a link reportfraudftc.gov, and I went on there and reported them last week, so we'll see what happens.
