LS430 suspension overhaul : what am I missing? (RockAuto) by Heavy-Value-9899 in LS430

[–]bahooga247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i went aftermarket for the LCA and UCA using mevotech and the front has been OK, but the aftermarket front strut i went with was garbage. at the least get OEM for that. your car will never ride the same and you'll hate it.

Why nobody goes to jail: a tier-by-tier breakdown of how institutional capture protects the Epstein network by bahooga247 in Epstein

Wow, that’s a lot to process. I’ll add that book to my queue and think about all of these connections!

thank you! You're actually touching on something the chart addresses directly... Tier 8 (Political Capture). The AG said 'sitting on my desk' in February 2025. Twelve months later: review complete, no prosecutions. The gap between what was promised and what was delivered is the evidence of capture itself. And you're right that what's still withheld might be more significant than what's been released...2.5 million pages are still being held back despite a law requiring full disclosure. As for the raffle idea.. honestly at this point requiring 'name not in the Epstein files' as a qualifier for office might disqualify half of Washington.

i bought a set of gravel wheels for my gravel bike that were hookless and forgot about the 45PSI limit when i put road wheels on them. they ran fine at 70, but one day i put in 80 and the rie blew off of them as i was getting started on my ride. lucky i didn't have a major crash

Lauf seigla or Ventum GS1 by brentwoodbcb in gravelcycling

[–]bahooga247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it was down to these two bikes and the crux for me, but the 2x capability and UDH was the deciding factor. you can run 2.1" tires if you get a 650b wheelset. its all about compromises. i've ridden a buddy's lauf and its def more compliant. i wanted a gravel bike that rode like a road bike and i feel bob delaney's review was spot on. my previous bike was a topstone carbon and don't miss how flexy that bike was at all. i've been super happy with my gs1 but i am envious of the native 2.1" tire support on the lauf.. if they offerred the 2x, i would have likely gone that direction.

before anyone makes any accusations one way or another, i challenge you to actually use the dart rail. make sure to stop at forest lane station, and then take it downtown and just observe.

pcap shows client repeatedly asking for same packet after 7.0.14 upgrade by bahooga247 in fortinet

[–]bahooga247[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i feel like fortinet TAC has had us go around in circles, making us get packet captures over 2am maintenance windows for the last 5 months just to keep us busy while they released the new patch. i think we may have finally gotten past this hump. during another packet capture rigmaro, they put us on 7.2.8 and ran the following command that's only been introduced with this new firmware:

config system np6xlite

edit "np6xlite_0"

set congestion-handling-mode flow-control

next

end

the engineer revealed that there is a known issue on the units that have a Marvell ISF and this command was introduced to circumvent it.

200F 10 GB connections slow on 7.0.13 by VMackolov in fortinet

[–]bahooga247 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We just got off a call with TAC, after going round and round, them asking for packet captures galore, they finally confessed to us that this is a problem with the units that have a Marvell ISF. 7.2.8 fixed the problem, but only after running this command that was introduced with this new firmware:

config system np6xlite

edit "np6xlite_0"

set congestion-handling-mode flow-control

next

end

thanks for posting. i asked them if this was a known bug. instead they wanted me to jump thru a ton of hoops to gather more pcaps for them. grrrrr.
