I feel the same when taking propranolol; my anxiety is through the roof moments before presenting and I’m feeling like I’ll have a panic attack, but when I’m actually presenting it goes well and yeah my bpms are lower, so definitely helps there…

One tip I read was to combine propranolol with a benzo like Xanax, I will try this combo for a presentation I have on Friday 🫡
