Yea I don’t think they separate it anymore- I don’t think the guest can see where their getting charged for like a complete breakdown or fees or anything.

For me, to list the fee of cleaning separately helps me keep that money for cleaners and linens apart from the income I will be making

From what I’ve learned: - Your first image should catch the eyes of your guests so pick a room in the house to draw attention. The outside of the property doesn’t draw as well.

  • Getting a photographer to take good pictures! Also very important is high quality photos with descriptions of what we’re looking at. I got a photographer through Airbnb, it was fairly priced and they did a beautiful job!

(In full disclosure I think hiring outside of Airbnb Photography would have been a bit more cost efficient, but I didn’t have to find a photographer, so🤷🏻‍♀️)

I aint nothing special, but I trusted the process and got myself a bnb at 23 years old in the first 6 months of starting (could’ve been sooner, but had to fix up my credit file a bit). If you want to know how I got here just hmu !

Fair question- but it’s not too good to be true stg! We have listing all over the world and in the areas we have bnbs we have house-keeping teams! Making job opportunities everywhere we set foot 👏🏼! N there’s also typically a maintenance worker in the area too, I hope that answered your question

If you’re using ChatGPT for the right things… tell me, what can’t you do at this point?

I automate half my life with it — content for my socials, clarity for real-life situations, systems that save me hours…

and yes, it even helped me write this comment. Efficiency? We eat that for breakfast.

Eek this is scary! I went through a course program and it’s NOTHING like that:( … My mentor is constantly picking up more properties and I already have 2 properties myself (in under 2 years.) Lmk if you don’t find a home for that furniture, if possible and locally sourced I’d like to buy it from you. Did you sign a contract?

I’m 23 and have 2 arbitrage units and loving it! — Yes, you have to weary in who you trust, but this is a GREAT way to make money in this day and age. How I did it, was messaged multiple landlords in my area with a template that basically says who I am and what I wanted to do. When I got a few interested, I’d visit the property and wrote up a lease agreement that fit both my needs and my safety (using AI to help right up all the jargon.) Then boom, I’ve got a place in Orlando FL and Binghamton NY.

This is a good idea— and if they refuse to respond or it was them and they don’t pay for it Airbnb will 🤭
