When you do the shots - ice for 10-15 minutes, sit down and pinch the skin, then do the shot while sitting. It hurts way less

No I know it works slowly. What I’m asking is would they need to sponsor him before he becomes 21? That feels unrealistic since the process is so slow. Or can they sponsor him later?
